Hello, I’m Elle – Let’s Make Something Beautiful Together
Hello! It is not by chance, but by design, that we are meeting.
My name is Elle Staples, and I’ve had the passion and pleasure of working in the creative arts for over two decades. It is my calling to take something ordinary, interpret its meaning, and forge it into something beautiful. I believe that beauty is not only visual—it’s deeply spiritual. And often, the things we create say more than words ever could.
An artist’s toolkit is endless. My focus areas include graphic design, photography, watercolor painting, and surface pattern design—but my heart love many mediums: gouache, oil, acrylic, digital illustration, and mixed media. Every piece on this site is created by me with great care, and is perfectly imperfect—a reflection of the human hand and creative spirit. No algorithm or automation could ever replicate that soul.
Over the years, I’ve found joy in capturing a magic hour in a photograph, designing a wildflower pattern for a dress, or illustrating a witty greeting card with foxes. Whether it’s quiet, sacred, or quirky—art allows me to bring the invisible into view.
And yet, my work is more than color and form—it’s rooted in something much deeper.

Why I Create – A Story of Choosing Beauty and Peace
I love art—but not just because it’s beautiful. I love it because it has brought me one of the things I value most in this life: inner peace.
Throughout my life I have experienced many forms of abuse—pain that tried to define me and take away who I was meant to become. But even in those moments, I found myself creating. In paint and paper, I found stillness. In color and shape, I found hope. Over time, art became more than a hobby or career—it became a lifeline. A place where I could heal. A way to reclaim beauty, even when the world around me felt broken and dim.
Each piece I create is, in a way, a badge of courage—a small act of defiance against darkness. A declaration that I choose to make life beautiful anyway.
I believe we are each given a spark—something divine—and that when we nurture it, we not only find healing but help others do the same. If any of my work brings you comfort, joy, or peace, then I know that spark is still doing its job.
