Collaboration Guidelines

Services Policy

I’m honored to offer creative services that support your vision. Here’s how it works:

  • All services provided—whether illustration, surface pattern design, or custom artwork—are subject to clear communication and a mutual understanding of expectations.

  • Every project is unique, so pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

  • I retain rights to all original artwork unless a licensing agreement is signed.

  • Any work created for you is for personal use only unless a commercial use contract is arranged beforehand.

Turnaround Time:
Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks depending on project scope and my current queue. Rush options may be available for an added fee.

Deposit & Payment:
To get your project started and secure your spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance will be due once your artwork is complete and delivered. We’ll also discuss and agree on any additional royalties if needed.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel, just let me know. Work already completed will be billed accordingly, and the deposit will not be refunded. If I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, I’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund if no work has begun.

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll work with you to make it right. I never sell your personal information, and I only send a few thoughtful emails each year. Can I sell at Art by Red Fox?

At this time, Art by Red Fox is a personal art shop featuring the original work of one artist—me! All artwork, patterns, and designs are created in-house and carefully curated to reflect my unique style and vision.

However, I’m always open to collaborations, licensing opportunities, or special partnerships that align with the brand. If you’re an art agent, licensing manager, or creative business looking to collaborate, feel free to reach out through the contact page with your proposal.

Account

Why am I required to register before making a purchase?

Registering is quick and easy, we require only a password in addition to the email that you provide. Having an account lets you keep track of your orders’ status from your dashboard easily.

How do I change my email settings?

To change your connected email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:

On the upper right hand corner of any page you’ll see a link called ’Account’ or your username if you’re signed in. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.

Select “Account settings”. You are then able to change your connected email address, shipping address, and specify if you’d like to receive email from The Artday.

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

It happens to the best of us. Go to this page so you can set a new one.

Can I make my own list of favourite products? Where can I see it?

Yes! If you like a product just click on the desire (heart) icon below it. This will automatically save it to your desired list, which you can find under your account dashboard. On the upper right hand corner of any page you’ll see a link called ’Account’ or your username if you’re signed in. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.

Buying

What forms of payment does Art by Red Fox accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments can also be made securely through PayPal and Apple Pay where available. All transactions are processed safely to protect your information.

Are my payments secure?

Your security is my priority. All payments on Art by Red Fox are processed through trusted, industry-standard payment gateways that use encryption to protect your personal and financial information. I never store your credit card details on my site. Plus, my platform is regularly updated to ensure your data stays safe throughout the checkout process.

How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 7 business days after purchase, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help you track it down.

For digital downloads, your files are available instantly after purchase in your account and via the download link sent to your email.

Shipping & Return

What is the shipping return?

The products are delivered directly from the creators to your doorstep. The Loppist doesn’t handle any direct shipping at this moment, but we pre-screen and only carefully select creators who are deemed reliable / trustworthy and have previous experience shipping their creations.

We work with our creators to use recommended and trusted shipping carriers for our featured sellers, but this may vary if the seller has a trusted / better alternative he/she is comfortable with.

Which countries do we ship to?

Currently, Art by Red Fox ships physical prints and products only within the United States. Digital downloads are available worldwide instantly after purchase.

If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in physical prints, please reach out—I’m happy to discuss options!

How much will the delivery cost me?

This is subjective depending on where the package is sent from and its destination. Also the size of the product and delivery type (standard or express) will affect the price. Delivery costs are clearly stated on the checkout page while buying.

How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?

The delivery time depends on the distance between you and the printer. Our printers offer country-wide shipping depending on the product. The expected delivery time is stated on the product page, and on the checkout page.

What if my art has flaws?

Most of my art embraces intentional imperfection—that’s part of its charm and uniqueness! However, if you purchased a seamless pattern and find that it isn’t repeating correctly, please let me know. I’ll be happy to fix the file and send you an updated version.

If you notice any other details you’d like to adjust, feel free to use free editing software to customize the artwork to your liking. I want you to love your purchase and enjoy using it!

What if I need a vector?

Vector files are usually provided to art agents and collaborators as part of special projects. If you need a vector or high-resolution file, please reach out to discuss a collaboration or licensing agreement. I’m happy to work with you to find the best solution!
